The bulk of our iron collection was sold at auction by Bob and Rilla Simmons from Simmons & Company Auctioneers, Richmond, MO.

Thats's right! We spent almost 40 years putting the collection together and the time had come to share our treasures with other collectors.

Our auction included more than 500 lots of:
Pressing Irons
Pressing Iron Heaters
Pressing Iron Trivets
Books, Catalogs & Literature

We kept a very small collection of irons which were gifts to us or had special meaning to us.

We now have on display a collection of more than 30 miniature toy cookstoves, as well as our collection of laundry stoves from Europe and the United States.

Eventually, we'll dispose of some of the laundry stoves, so if you might be interested in them, please feel free to let us know of your interest at .

As a courtesy to collectors around the world, we are continuing to offer the most current reference books for the casual or serious iron collector!

Sincerely,

Bill & Peggy Say

PS. You may view our collection throughout the year...by appointment only. Please call well in advance of your planned visit to make certain that we will be available.

Just a few examples from our auction!
